Hidden Florida: Brits Target Vero Beach, Florida

The ‘Daily Mail’ in the UK recently ran an article entitled Property Abroad: Hidden Florida. In it, Robert Liebman writes “One of Florida’s best-kept secrets is the Indian River, a gentle, narrow 150-mile-long waterway that starts north of Miami near Palm Beach and extends northward almost to Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center”.

He notes that the lagoon is a haven for homeowners, and that the amount of waterside land is enormous, comprising three coastlines: the Atlantic alongside the unbroken string of beaches on the eastern seaboard, plus the western and eastern boundaries of the river. Even more land is provided by the irregular shape of the river, which forms many coves and inlets. Some of the area’s more stunning residential areas have been established in these parts of the lagoon, including Vero Beach Real Estate, and Indian River Shores.

Couple this with the recent press about British Buyers Targeting Florida Real Estate, and it sure seems like a great time to buy Real Estate in Vero Beach, Florida.
